In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments. Your proactive approach will help maintain inventory accuracy and support order fulfillment. Duties Receive, inspect, and verify all inbound shipments against purchase orders Prepare outgoing shipments Load and unload freight utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols Maintain precise inventory records Coordinate with carriers for shipping logistics, scheduling pickups, and ensuring timely delivery in compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies Ensure all shipping & receiving procedures comply with company policies, safety regulations, and customer service standards Experience Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics roles with a focus on shipping & receiving functions Hands-on experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks Strong understanding of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, packaging techniques, and international trade regulations Basic math skills for inventory counting, measurements, and calculations required during packing and loading tasks Excellent data entry abilities coupled with customer service skills to address internal teams or external carriers effectively Knowledge of trade compliance standards to ensure shipments meet legal requirements for international trade
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
