Operations Shift:
1st Shift Position Overview We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating daily shipments, maintaining inventory records, preparing customer orders, and supporting the overall flow of materials through the facility. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with computers and inventory systems, and able to manage multiple priorities while meeting daily shipping deadlines. Key Responsibilities Prepare, package, and ship production and sample orders for internal and external customers. Coordinate and organize the daily flow of outgoing orders. Provide Customer Service, Sales, and Planning with accurate information regarding finished goods and raw material availability. Receive, track, and maintain inventory of yarn, raw materials, and finished goods using the company's inventory/operating system. Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential material shortages or shipping issues to the Operations Manager. Package and palletize customer orders according to specific customer requirements. Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Support Lean manufacturing, safety, sustainability, and environmental initiatives. Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous shipping, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management software. Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and committed to excellent attendance. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn new responsibilities and processes. Ability to work overtime as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to consistently lift 2550 pounds and occasionally lift over 50 pounds . Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, and crouching. Regular use of computers, keyboards, and inventory systems. Ability to read, write, and perform basic math. Good manual dexterity and visual acuity. #ARROW
