This position is responsible for the day-to-day shipping and receiving of materials, components, and finished goods, as well as maintaining accurate inventory throughout the warehouse. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in shipping and receiving , preferably in a manufacturing environment. Experience using UPS and FedEx shipping software . Knowledge and experience arranging LTL shipments . Experience receiving purchase orders and shipping customer orders. Experience performing cycle counts and inventory transactions . Familiarity with bar coding and barcode scanners . Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word . Ability to accurately read and follow packing slips, purchase orders, work orders, and shipping instructions. Forklift/lift truck experience and the ability to operate equipment safely. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining accuracy. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and move materials weighing 10-50 lbs. Ability to occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 90 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse during the workday. Ability to use hand tools and power tools as required. Must be able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation. Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
