1st Shift, Team 2 — Thursday- Sunday, 6:00AM to 4:30
PM Wage:
$16.50 hour Position Summary The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for executing daily order fulfillment processes, including picking, packing, shipping, and inventory replenishment. Working in a fast-paced and detail-driven department, this team member plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, high-quality shipments to customers of Craig Frames' online marketplaces and retail partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Order Fulfillment & Shipping Assemble & package products according to printed or digital pick lists Inspect items for defects or incorrect specifications Wrap and pack frames, glass, backers, and other items using bubble wrap, foam, cardboard, and stretch film Print and apply shipping labels using systems like ShipWorks Sort packages for UPS and FedEx pickup and maintain clear staging zones Inventory & Materials Handling Restock labels, quick-start guides, bubble wrap, stretch wrap, tape, and boxes Maintain accurate stock of glass, backers, and acrylics for packaging Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation and report low inventory Clean-Up & Shift Close Duties Sweep floors, empty trash bins, clean work surfaces Refill packing supplies and label stations Power down machines, log out of computers, secure work area Account for all tools (tape measures, markers, knives, etc.) Follow end-of-shift clean-up for all stations Teamwork and Communication Collaborate with the ECOM Office and Shipping teams Report order issues, damaged stock, or equipment problems to supervisor Rotate between fulfillment areas and assist with training new hires when assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred Must be at least 18 years of age Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods Basic computer literacy (label printing, digital order review, clock-in/out systems) Preferred Experience 1+ years in warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment Experience with e-commerce shipping platforms (ShipWorks, ShipStation, etc.) Benefits Paid weekly Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (eligible after 90 days) 401(k) with company match after 1 year Up to 200 hours of PTO annually, including earned sick time (subject to accrual rules) Holiday premium pay (1.5x wage for designated holidays) Company discounts on all products Training and promotion pathways available
