POSITION OBJECTIVE
Oversees and keeps records of all shipping and receiving and are responsible for organizing, sorting, and transferring goods from one location to another.

MAJOR DUTIES
Quality management system maintenance; supplier audits, internal audits, supplier scorecards, internal scorecards, customer scorecards, quality manual maintenance, reports review / completion, quality document generation, statistical analysis, document control. The Shipper and Receiver will perform general physical activities in order to load, unload, sort and move shipments by hand or using material handling equipment. Manage verification, acceptance, counting, and inputting into ERP system of all incoming goods and their condition. Picking and packing orders for delivery or transfer. Create courier waybills on a daily basis using courier platforms. Schedule freight pick-ups and deliveries. Update status of inbound and outbound orders in ERP system. Contact carrier representative for shipping and delivery of materials. Assist others to resolve discrepancies between orders and goods, such as delays, condition, weight, quality. Ensure accuracy of quantity and content of products received and shipped according to approved documentation. Performing regular cycle counts and monitoring stock levels. Restocking merchandise as required. Processing returned goods in a timely manner. Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. Interacting with customers, couriers, drivers, and other employees in a professional manner. Valid driver license is required for Perform driving task as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12 Education. 2 or more years experience in a similar position. Class G license with a good driving record. Certification for Lift Truck Operation preferred. Previous industry experience would be preferred. Solid knowledge of ISO procedures preferred. Excellent oral and written communication in English. Experienced with various courier software programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Well organized with an exceptional attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet deadlines. Demonstrated willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and lift minimum 50 pounds.
