• Verifies and keep a record of incoming and outgoing shipments
• prepares items for shipment by performing the following duties and responsibilities
• Compare identifying information, counts, weighs, or measures items for incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of ladings, records, or invoices.
• Places shipping labels to properly identify information and instruction onto cartons, crates, or other containers
• Examine outgoing shipments to ensure specifications are met
• Unpack and examine incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, and records shortages correspond with the shipper to rectify damages or shortages
• Maintains the inventory of shipping materials and supplies

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and/or move up to 35 pounds on a regular basis
• Climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl All safety protocols in place
