Position Summary:

Are you passionate about ensuring customers receive the highest quality products they love? Join our rapidly expanding team as a Shipping Associate at our Mt. Clemens facility. As an integral part of our shipping team, you'll play a crucial role in our operations.

Essential Job Duties:

Your responsibilities will include: Picking, packing, unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintaining inventory. Participating in daily shipping team meetings. Assisting in the management of FedEx Ground shipments. Building palettes and boxes as required. Performing general housekeeping duties. Maintaining basic knowledge of materials, colors, and product lines.

Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should have: Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and stand for 8-10 hours a day You must have previous picking and packing experience to be considered Prior manufacturing/production experience preferred Hi-Lo experience or trained Hi-Lo Operator preferred Experience with ERP manufacturing software (e.g., Global Shop Solutions, SAP) a plus Previous experience in a manufacturing/shop setting or shipping via FedEx Ground desirable

Work Environment:

Exposure to dust, noise, and machinery may be present Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and required
