Job Description
Overview Kadant Johnson is seeking a qualified individual to fill a first-shift Product Fulfillment Technician position. This role supports the timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders through shipping, receiving, assembly, and related material-handling activities. The hours for this position are 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Responsibilities This multi-faceted position works primarily in the shipping, receiving, and assembly areas and also serves as a utility role in other areas as business needs arise. Responsibilities may include preparing shipments, receiving and verifying materials, assisting with assembly work, maintaining organized work areas, and supporting production flow to meet customer and operational requirements. The candidate must be able to maintain a consistent work schedule in a demanding job shop environment and have the physical capability to lift up to 70 lbs. on occasion. Qualifications Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through are critical to success in this role. The successful candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities, follow established processes, communicate effectively, and maintain a professional, team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required.
