Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments by verifying delivery documentation and inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products accurately using order picking and packing techniques Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers to load and unload trucks efficiently Maintain precise inventory records using ERP systems (ECI JobBoss), ensuring real-time stock accuracy Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to support inventory management efforts Ensure compliance with shipping logistics standards and international trade regulations for domestic and international shipments Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve shipping issues promptly and provide updates on order fulfillment status Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for data entry, reporting, and communication Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, and international trade regulations to ensure lawful and efficient shipments preferred Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counting, measurements, and packaging requirements Hands-on experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and order pickers Excellent organizational skills with a focus on order fulfillment, stocking, packaging, and load & unload procedures Customer service orientation with clear communication skills to coordinate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams Join us in a role that keeps our supply chain moving!
