About the Role We are looking for an experienced Shipper & Receiver / Advanced Material Handler to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong forklift experience, excellent material-handling skills, and a strong commitment to workplace safety. This role is responsible for receiving, inspecting, organizing, and shipping materials and products while ensuring inventory is handled accurately and safely. Key Responsibilities Receive incoming materials, parts, and supplies and verify quantities against shipping documents. Prepare and stage materials for production and outgoing shipments. Pick, load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and other material-handling equipment. Safely operate forklifts in a busy manufacturing environment. Ensure materials are stored and organized appropriately. Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies. Complete shipping and receiving documentation accurately. Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, and other departments to ensure materials are available when needed. Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Perform other warehouse and material-handling duties as required. Qualifications & Experience Advanced forklift experience is required. Proven experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment. Strong material-handling experience, including moving large, heavy, or oversized materials. Valid driver's licence and a good driving/safety record . Ability to safely load and unload trucks and secure materials for transportation. Experience with shipping and receiving processes and documentation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.
