In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring accurate and timely shipment of products. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with advanced warehouse management systems and heavy equipment, supporting our commitment to high-quality order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to operate various material handling equipment. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using barcode scanning for logistics and warehouse management systems. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools in accordance with safety protocols. Load and unload shipments efficiently while adhering to safety standards and PPE requirements. Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, inventory management systems, and regular cycle counts. Ensure quality control by inspecting items for damage or discrepancies before packing. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Assist with shipping and receiving processes, including documentation and proper labeling. Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves and organizing materials for easy access. Use RF scanners and barcode technology to track inventory movements accurately. Follow all safety procedures during heavy lifting, manual handling, and operation of warehouse equipment. Experience Prior experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cherry pickers, or pallet jacks is highly desirable. Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse operations including order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and inventory management systems. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software platforms. Familiarity with safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling. Strong basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities. Previous warehouse experience involving manual handling, quality control, and stock organization preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. This role is integral to maintaining efficient warehouse operations through precise order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
