Opportunity:
We are partnering with a precision manufacturing company in Chaska, MN, specializing in machining, welding, assembly, and other manufacturing services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork.
What You'll Be Doing:
Coordinate shipping priorities, prepare outgoing orders, and arrange transportation while balancing service and cost. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, document discrepancies, and resolve shipping and receiving issues. Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct the annual inventory audit, and ensure warehouse safety and cleanliness. Supervise shipping and receiving staff, including performance management, training, and development. What Makes You a
Great Fit:
High school diploma or GED and 3 years of relevant experience. Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and records management skills. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and standard shipping carrier software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and occasionally lift/carry up to 70 lbs. Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or overhead cranes is a plus. Why work with our client?
