About the Job The Finishing & Shipping Assistant provides support to the Finishing & Shipping Specialists by assisting with finishing and packing customer orders, unloading and distributing shipments, and maintaining organization within the production area. This is a part-time seasonal role supporting The Line Up during our peak season from August through December. Duties and Responsibilities Assist with finishing costumes to prepare for shipping. Assist with packing and shipping orders to customers accurately and on time. Help unload and distribute incoming shipments. Organize and sort materials in the production area to maintain efficiency. Ensure orders are prepared with accuracy and proper documentation. Support the Finishing and Shipping Coordinators with daily tasks. Follow safety protocols and report any issues promptly. Perform additional duties as assigned. About You Some shipping and receiving experience preferred. Some apparel experience preferred Basic computer skills required. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Comfortable standing for long periods of time and performing physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and moving boxes. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to bend, reach, and perform physical tasks to access and move merchandise.

- 17.00 per hour depending on experience. Monday-Friday, 6:30am
- 3:00pm
- To ensure customer needs are met, this position may occasionally require working more than 45 hours per week to accommodate business demands and responsibilities.
