Shini Cleaning LLC is hiring reliable, detail-oriented cleaners for recurring commercial office accounts. This is steady, ongoing work —not one-time jobs or post-construction cleaning. Most shifts take place in the evening after business hours, where you'll be responsible for maintaining clean, professional office spaces on a consistent schedule. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Responsibilities Empty trash and replace liners Clean and sanitize restrooms Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors Dust offices and common areas Clean break rooms and kitchen areas Maintain entryways and lobbies Clean glass doors and interior windows, leaving them streak-free Restock restroom and kitchen supplies as needed Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management What We're Looking For Reliable and dependable attendance Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently Good communication skills Ability to follow directions and cleaning checklists Must respond to management messages in a timely manner Prior commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required Schedule This is a set, recurring schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays Start between 3:30-4:00 PM Typically finished by 8:00-9:00 PM Must be available consistently on both scheduled days Why Work With Shini Cleaning?
