We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented person to join our Logistics team in the Shipping and Receiving department. This person will play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll handle incoming and outgoing products, prepare and load shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, and work with vendors and internal teams to keep materials moving efficiently. Responsibilities Strictly follow safety policies, procedures, rules and safe work methods, along with making safety suggestions to support continuous improvements in safety Maintain quality control Work with AX and UPS Worldship to ship product and arrange for call tags from customers Package product in gaylords/crates/bundles for shipment to customers Prepare LTL shipments After checking- in incoming product and materials, distribute items to correct areas of the company Maintain accuracy while checking in incoming product and materials Maintain accuracy while packaging and shipping outgoing product and materials Drop off and pick up from various vendors (typically less than 35 miles one way) Work within AX D365 to help investigate discrepancies Responsible for Shipping & Receiving area organization Work within Waterfront Brands systems to perform required duties Work with other departments to investigate various types of discrepancies Loading of product and materials to ship to customers and vendors Maintain accurate cycle counts Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations Regular and reliable attendance Working cooperatively with others to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets Contribute to continuous improvement culture May work as general laborer and/or other duties as assigned if primary duties are slow Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Detail oriented and an effective time manager Individual shall possess average written and oral communication skills Must be able to operate multiple types of forklifts ShoreMaster computer systems/Mitel phone app Valid MN driver's license Battery maintenance on the electric forklifts for the area Forklift certification Clear and effective communication

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
