Role:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Shipping/Receiving Clerk to join our team! In this role, you will oversee daily shipping processes, manage inbound/outbound logistics, maintain accurate digital inventory records, and coordinate with internal departments and customers to ensure production deadlines and quality expectations are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:

Packaging & Operations:
Package products and materials following established quality standards and procedures.
•
Data Entry & Documentation:
Accurately process required shipping/receiving documentation and enter operational data into the computer system.
•
Logistics & Scheduling:
Schedule and track all inbound and outbound shipments; generate daily shipping reports.
•
Customer & Team Support:
Interface directly with customers regarding delivery timelines and provide accurate shipping quotes and guidance to Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).
•
Inventory Management:
Move incoming materials to proper storage areas and maintain supplies of 40 x 48 skids.
•
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all workplace safety protocols in a fast-paced production setting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
•
Experience:
3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or freight/delivery logistics.
•
Computer Skills:
Proficient with shipping/logistics software and accurate data entry.
•
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
•
Work Environment:
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with active machinery and elevated noise levels (PPE provided/required).

$24.00 - $27.00/hour (depending on experience)
