Shipping Position, full time day shift 7am-3pm (flexible hours) SUMMARY Packs selections of aromatherapy products for outgoing orders.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Checks accuracy of order entry by comparing the printed invoice to the order form
• Pulls products from shelf to fulfill orders and sets up products for review
• Reviews orders pulled by other workers for accuracy
• Wraps protective material around product and package for shipping using the appropriate size box and with an eye for efficiency
• Processes and prepares shipping labels using FedEx, UPS WorldShip, and Stamps.com
• Restocks shelves in shipping department in a timely fashion
• Maintains the proper rotation of finished goods when restocking to ensure that the oldest products are the first taken

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enters data from orders received into invoicing system
• Prepares packaging materials
• Assembles finished goods for gifts and other prepackaged offerings
• Maintains a cleanly and organized workstation
• Other duties as apparent or assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
