Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00

Temp-to-Hire Job Summary A growing manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join its warehouse and distribution team. This role is responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, preparing products for delivery, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse or manufacturing experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities Verify and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments. Prepare finished goods, parts, and materials for shipment, including packaging and documentation. Support the shipment of finished products and the receipt of materials and supplies used in production operations. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment as needed. Move materials and finished goods to designated warehouse or production areas. Operate stretch wrap equipment and other shipping-related machinery. Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed. Accurately enter and track shipment information using company computer systems. Report damaged or defective materials and inventory discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. Required Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills. Ability to bend, squat, reach, and stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly. Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification or prior forklift operating experience. Experience with FedEx, UPS, and other shipping systems and procedures. Previous shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing environment. Why Join Us?
