As a Restaurant Manager at Raising Cane's, you lead daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume chicken finger restaurant. You coach and develop crew members, uphold our standards for quality, speed, and friendliness, and ensure an energetic, team-focused environment. Responsibilities include shift leadership, guest experience, food safety, cleanliness, inventory, and basic financial controls. You model our culture of positivity and community involvement while supporting staff training and advancement within a rapidly growing brand.
