Responsibilities:
Verifies the accuracy of shipments against bills of lading, invoices or other records; checks for shortages and rejects damaged goods. Routes merchandise and materials to proper departments and maintains as necessary. Places parts and inbound materials into stock and delivers to specified departments.
Confirms quantity and places parts into inventory.
Conducts cycle counts and continuous inventory audits. Receives all purchased materials and/or expense items into database.
Performs transactions daily to assist on-line supplier reporting by purchasing department. Initiation of non-conformance process, when needed.
Runs Kanban picks in multiple systems to pick parts needed and deliver to appropriate areas.
Loads outbound containers; maintains all necessary warehouse and shipping/receiving documentation.
Operates all warehouse material handling equipment. Rotates stock as required.
Notifies Supervisor/Manager of any problems with procedures or equipment.
Performs other duties as assigned.
