S_180026 Spherion is hiring an entry level parts hanger for a local manufacturing leader. In this role, you will handle pre and post powder-coating activities to ensure every part meets top quality standards. This is a long-term position with a clear path to roll over into a full-time, direct-hire role with the company.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with your team to prepare and hang parts for the powder coating process.
Perform pre and post coating tasks, including masking, loading, unloading, buffing, and removing weld splatter.
Conduct detailed quality inspections on all painted components.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while completing additional duties as assigned.
