Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Associate to support distribution operations by accurately storing product, processing orders in the company ERP system, and preparing shipments to customer sites. This role requires strong accuracy, safety awareness, and the ability to follow defined shipping and quality processes. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Accurately store and organize product within the warehouse to maintain inventory integrity. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to customer sites according to established procedures. Label, weigh, and meter packages using multiple freight/shipping systems. Process and confirm orders using the ERP system . Perform daily preparations to support next-day shipping activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area; follow all safety rules and site policies. Support divisional initiatives and comply with Quality Management Systems (QMS) , Environmental Management Systems (EMS) , and other regulatory requirements. Complete other duties as assigned by site/divisional leadership.

Qualifications / Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required. Warehouse experience (shipping, order picking/packing, ERP, or freight systems) preferred. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work within process-driven environments. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet productivity and quality expectations in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Dress Code (Strict) Closed-toe shoes required at all times. Long pants required at all times (no shorts). Pants must be worn at waist level; undergarments must not be visible. No hats of any kind. Hooded sweatshirts allowed, but hoods must remain down . No tank tops or cutoff shirts. No clothing with slogans/images that could be interpreted as offensive. No sunglasses on the distribution center floor.
