Bergari Solutions, LLC Position Summary Bergari Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Painter, Shipper & Receiver to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for cleaning, painting, packaging, staging, and shipping high-quality parts, assemblies, and finished products to our customers. The ideal candidate is organized, able to manage multiple jobs at the same time, communicates well, and works effectively as part of a team. Duties & Responsibilities Clean and paint parts and assemblies Operate the spray paint system efficiently and safely Read and process job cards Build pallets and crates to properly stage and ship products Accurately measure parts and pallet dimensions to meet shipping requirements Load and unload products using a forklift Inspect completed work for quality and attention to detail Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Follow company procedures, safety rules, and regulations Train and work in other areas of production as needed to meet production demands Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Manufacturing, painting, shipping, or warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good organizational and communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple jobs simultaneously Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable and willing to learn new skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Respirator Requirement:

Some essential functions of this position require the ability to wear an approved respirator in accordance with company safety requirements. Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience

Shift Differential:

Additional pay is available for qualifying shifts.
