•Friday (Flexible hours options) Benefits of the shipping & receiving specialist: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid company holidays Discretionary performance bonus opportunities Opportunity to grow with a stable, worldwide industry leader Duties of the shipping & receiving specialist: Operate sit-down propane forklifts to load, unload, stage, and store incoming and outgoing freight Manage dock appointment schedules and coordinate delivery dates directly with logistics vendors Utilize ERP systems to input receiving data, generate pick slips, and track inventory movements Verify incoming shipments for accurate counts, perform quality checks, and handle picking and packing tasks Requirements of the shipping & receiving specialist: Minimum 4+ years of dedicated shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting Proven proficiency operating sit-down propane forklifts in busy dock environments Direct experience utilizing ERP software for inventory tracking and shipping documentation Physical ability to lift, package, and maneuver materials throughout full daytime shifts High School Diploma or GED equivalent Additional information: Take the next step in your logistics career!
