Mount Olympus Rips is looking for a Sports Card Shipping & Fulfillment Associate who understands that what's leaving our Plymouth facility isn't just another e-commerce order. These are people's collections. Their investments. Their grails. Sometimes their biggest pull ever. We need someone who understands the difference. Before You Apply, Tell Us What You Collect Hobby knowledge is one of the biggest things we're looking for. Do you buy, sell, trade, grade, break, or attend card shows? What platforms do you use, such as Whatnot, eBay, COMC, or other marketplaces? Have you submitted cards to PSA, SGC, BGS, or CGC? What shipping, fulfillment, inventory, warehouse, or e-commerce experience do you have? If you're a collector, we want to hear about it. We Can Teach a Shipping Process. Hobby Instinct Is Harder to Teach. We can show you where supplies go. We can teach you our workflow. We can train you on shipping systems. What we're really interested in is the person who sees a card and instinctively understands: Don't touch the surface. Check the corners. Protect the autograph. Don't force the card into the wrong size top loader. That patch is thicker than a standard card. That card needs a one-touch. Make sure it cannot move in transit. Collectors develop that instinct because they've handled their own cards. That's valuable here. Every Card Has to Make It Home. Our breakers create the moment. Your job is to make sure the card reaches the collector exactly the way it should. You'll help: Carefully sleeve, top load, one-touch, team bag, protect, and package sports cards Sort cards accurately following live breaks Inspect cards and orders before shipment Process shipments through USPS, UPS, and FedEx Match cards to the correct customers and orders Organize singles, graded cards, sealed wax, inventory, and supplies Prepare incoming products for upcoming breaks Assist with inventory and product organization Work alongside breakers, moderators, buyers, and operations staff Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping operation Meet shipping deadlines without sacrificing accuracy Speed matters. Accuracy matters more. You'll Be Handling the Cards Collectors Chase. This isn't a warehouse full of interchangeable products.

But when something significant comes across your workspace, we want you to recognize that you're holding something significant. You Might Be Exactly Who We're Looking For If... Your phone has the eBay app because you actually use sold listings. You've stood in line at a card show before the doors opened. You've debated whether a card is worth sending to PSA. You understand why Prizm, Select, Mosaic, Bowman Chrome, Topps Chrome, National Treasures, Flawless, Immaculate, and Dynasty aren't interchangeable products. Terms like RPA, SSP, case hit, refractor, color match, numbered parallel, true rookie, comp, pop report, raw, gem mint, and one-touch don't require an explanation. And if someone handed you a valuable raw card, they wouldn't have to tell you to be careful with it. Your Attention to Detail Matters Here. We're looking for someone who is: Genuinely passionate about sports cards Knowledgeable about current players, products, releases, and the hobby Extremely detail-oriented Organized and dependable Comfortable working quickly without becoming careless Able to follow systems and processes consistently Comfortable using computers and shipping software Able to safely handle valuable collectibles Available Friday nights and Saturdays Previous shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, e-commerce, card shop, card show, or inventory experience is valuable. But this isn't just about who has shipped the most packages. We want someone we can trust with the cards inside them. The Break Isn't Over Until the Card Reaches the Collector. The cameras may be off. The stream may have ended. The breaker may already be opening the next case. But for the customer waiting at home, the experience isn't finished yet. You're the final person responsible for making sure their card is protected, packaged correctly, matched to the right order, and sent on its way. That's a responsibility a real collector understands.
