Job Summary Robert James Enterprises is a veteran-owned manufacturing company making American-made truck accessories. We're hiring a dependable person to handle daily shipping and assist our production team. Our two biggest priorities are attention to detail and a good attitude Our products vary by vehicle application, style, color, and hardware. Getting those details right matters. We need someone who checks their work, notices when something doesn't match, and asks questions before sending an order out the door if there is any confusion. We also value someone who treats coworkers respectfully, takes feedback well, and is willing to help where needed.

Your main responsibility:

shipping Match products to customer orders, checking vehicle application, product type, color, and quantity. Verify that the correct hardware and installation instructions are included. Check for visible product issues before packaging. Package orders securely and professionally. Weigh and measure packages, create labels, and process shipments using UPS WorldShip and other shipping tools. Organize outgoing orders to meet carrier pickup times while maintaining accuracy. Communicate with the office and production teams to resolve discrepancies before shipping. Keep the shipping area organized and monitor packaging supplies.

Additional responsibility:

production support When shipping needs are covered, you'll help our second production line with tasks such as: Marking products. Installing hardware. Completing other finishing and preparation tasks as needed. Shipping remains the priority, so you'll need to manage your time and communicate with the team as workloads change. What we're looking for Excellent attention to detail and a habit of checking your work. A positive, cooperative attitude. Dependable attendance and follow-through. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn shipping software. The ability to stay organized and work independently once trained. Willingness to learn our products and follow established procedures. Previous shipping, packing, manufacturing, or order fulfillment experience is helpful. UPS WorldShip experience is a plus. You'll join a small manufacturing team where careful work matters and everyone contributes to getting quality products to our customers.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
