10:00pm-6:30am (Sun-Thurs) QPS Employment Group has a great Unloader position available at a company in Saint Charles, MO. This is a 3rd shift position with the opportunity for hire. Unloader Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Loads and unloads trucks.
• Manually down stacks product and restacks.
• Uses pallet jack, hand bander, and stretch wrap machine to prepare items for storage.
• Ensures scanning accuracy in all aspects of receiving and material handling.
• Ensures receiving inspections are being completed and labeled appropriately.
• Serves as backup to Material Handler.
• Assists in tagging and storage preparation of products.
• Maintains a high level of productivity with little supervision.
• Performs tasks safely including wearing safety glasses and gloves as described in JHA requirements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Unloader Requirements:

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, such as inventory documents.
• 1+ years' experience in manufacturing, shipping, and/or receiving is preferred.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, and reaches to work overhead.
• Walks or stands for a minimum of 8 hours with limited breaks.
• Pushes and pulls materials, fingers and grasps parts and components.
• Exerts up to fifty pounds of force frequently.
• Pays close visual acuity to perform inspections and operate machines.
• Tolerates extremes in weather and machine temperature.
• Tolerates loud noise.
• Extensive use with power/hand tools.
• Extensive use with fork truck.
• Requires visual acuity to access details (I.e., prints, parts, work orders, etc.)
• Requires communication skills so ideas and instructions can be given clearly and/or quickly and understood.
• Requires the ability to distinguish between speech, machinery, and other sounds to understand instructions and/or directions.
