Shipping & Fulfillment Associate Big Blanket Co - 1.0 Springfield, MO Job Details Part-time | Full-time $16 - $18 an hour 6 hours ago Qualifications Packing Attention to detail Warehouse experience Full Job Description We're hiring Seasonal Picker/Packers to help us during our busiest time of the year — October 1 through January 15, 2027. If you're energetic, reliable, and enjoy a positive work environment, this is the perfect opportunity to earn extra income while having fun!
What You'll Do:
Accurately pick and pack customer orders Prepare shipments and organize inventory Maintain a clean and safe work area Work both independently and as part of a supportive team
What We're Looking For:
Ability to stand, walk, and lift items throughout your shift Attention to detail and a strong work ethic Positive attitude and good communication skills Previous warehouse experience a plus, but not required
Schedule:
Flexible scheduling Business operating hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM and weekend day shifts www.bigblanket.com
