Pay :

$18 - $19 per hour Multiple Shifts and Schedules available (1st, 2nd, Weekend, etc.) Duties Operate Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Reach, or Electric Pallet Jack equipment safely and efficiently to load and unload shipments. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning tools, and manual counts to ensure accurate stock levels. Pick and prepare orders with precision using order picker equipment while adhering to safety standards in production and warehouse operations. Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against documentation, organizing materials for dispatch or storage, and ensuring proper labeling. Follow OSHA safety protocols and warehouse safety standards diligently during all manual handling and heavy lifting tasks. Support warehouse supervision by maintaining organized storage areas, conducting inventory audits, and participating in distribution processes. Requirements Proven experience operating warehouse forklifts (Order Picker, Dock Stocker, Reach, or Electric Pallet Jack). Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory control procedures. Knowledge of safety standards including OSHA regulations related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling. Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while maintaining proper ergonomic practices. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety during all aspects of warehouse operations. Prior experience in shipping & receiving or distribution environments is preferred; warehouse supervisor experience is a plus.
