Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Shipping & Forklift Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate inventory management, and efficient shipping processes. This position offers the opportunity to work with logistics tools, and contribute directly to our commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction. If you possess a keen eye for detail, and enjoy hands-on work with forklifts and inventory systems, this is the perfect role for you. We are only shipping out fabric rolls. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and unload, move, and organize stock within the warehouse. Manage shipping logistics by accurately preparing shipments, verifying order details, and ensuring timely dispatch. Conduct inventory management tasks including stock counting, and updating inventory records. Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing products for shipment in accordance with customer specifications. Maintain compliance with regulations and requirements throughout the shipping process. Utilize systems for precise tracking of goods and documentation Support warehouse shipping activities, organizing storage areas, and ensuring safety standards are met Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping, or related logistics roles Proficiency with warehouse inventory management Valid forklift certification with experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Strong understanding of shipping logistics, order fulfillment procedures, and packaging standards Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and calculations necessary for order accuracy Excellent data entry skills combined with attention to detail Ability to work efficiently and be dependable We value proactive individuals who are eager to contribute their skills in logistics, warehousing technology, and customer service.
