The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and products. This role ensures all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly documented, verified, and processed in a timely manner while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production schedules in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Qualified Candidate Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading Identify and report discrepancies such as damaged, missing, or incorrect materials Label, tag, and accurately record received materials in inventory or ERP systems Coordinate with Quality, Purchasing, and Production teams regarding nonconforming materials Prepare outgoing shipments including picking, packing, labeling, and staging materials Create shipping documentation such as packing slips, bills of lading, and ASNs Schedule carrier pickups and ensure shipment accuracy prior to dispatch Ensure compliance with customer, carrier, and regulatory shipping requirements Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits Move and organize materials to appropriate storage or production areas Maintain clean, organized warehouse conditions following 5S and safety standards Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Support overall warehouse operations and production needs as required Requirements Forklift experience required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read and follow shipping and receiving documentation Basic computer skills and ability to work with ERP or inventory systems Previous shipping and receiving experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Text #MISC to (704) 556-1770 or call to schedule an interview with Laura. #CLT
