Fulfillment Associate Daily Responsibilities:
We focus on excellent customer service and are committed to providing great care in every order we fill for our customers Efficiently pick and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and manual handling techniques Labeling, box making, unloading, replenishing, and and moving products Manage inventory by accurately tracking materials with inventory management systems and conducting regular stock counts Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of materials using appropriate equipment like forklifts and material handling tools Maintain safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards, including proper manual handling and heavy lifting procedures Maintain accurate shipping documentation Support efficient product flow across the distribution network Adjust plans based on volume and operational needs Coordinate with teams to ensure optimal flow Support warehouse operations by organizing storage areas, stacking pallets, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment Schedule and manage carrier pickups, deliveries and dock appointments Fulfillment Associate Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse distribution or related logistics roles; warehouse supervisor experience is a plus Skilled in order picking, shipping & receiving, and materials handling techniques Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, crane systems, and pallet jacks safely Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners for accurate order processing Strong understanding of safety protocols including OSHA regulations for manual handling and heavy lifting Basic math skills for measuring quantities, calculating weights, or verifying shipment details Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently Prior warehouse experience required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits for our Fulfillment Associate include competitive pay, heath & dental insurance, PTO and 401k options.
