•5:00 PM The Role PrideStaff is seeking an experienced Shipping and Receiving Clerk for an industrial wholesaler located in Charlotte, NC. This position is responsible for receiving inbound materials, preparing outbound shipments, logging transactions into inventory control systems, and maintaining clean and safe warehouse operations. What You Will Do Receive materials and supplies into the warehouse and visually inspect packages for damage before stocking. Prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and protection to prevent damage in transit. Generate and attach shipping labels, invoices, packing slips, and delivery instructions. Utilize UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping platforms alongside internal inventory control systems to log and track goods. Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility. Maintain the overall cleanliness, organization, and safety of the shipping and receiving areas. Perform additional warehouse, inventory control, and material handling duties as needed. What You Will Bring High School diploma or trade school completion with 6+ months of related shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience (or equivalent combination). Proven experience operating forklifts and using digital inventory tracking systems. Familiarity with UPS WorldShip and FedEx shipping software platforms. High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and effective verbal communication skills.
