Overview Join our dynamic team as an Inventory / Shipping Associate and become a vital part of our warehouse operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for managing inventory accuracy, ensuring timely shipping and receiving, and supporting seamless warehouse distribution. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse distribution, order fulfillment, and logistics operations. Responsibilities Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare components for the production department. Utilize warehouse management systems and platforms to track inventory levels, update stock records, and support management staff. Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits to maintain inventory accuracy across all storage areas. Manage shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipments against orders, inspecting goods for damages, and documenting inbound/outbound transactions. Support warehouse distribution efforts by organizing storage areas, stocking shelves, and ensuring efficient order picking & packing workflows. Qualifications Prior warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving procedures, and order fulfillment a plus, but not required. Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and calculating weights or dimensions. Ability to load & unload trucks efficiently while maintaining safety protocols. Knowledge of packaging standards for e-commerce shipments and order picking techniques. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team. Pay:
$13.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
