Job Description

Shipping & Fulfillment Associate Job Summary Gold Canna is hiring detail-oriented Shipping & Fulfillment Associates to support cannabis trimming, order picking, packaging, shipping, and general production operations. This role ensures products meet Gold Canna's quality standards while maintaining accurate, compliant packaging and efficient order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities & Workflow Trimming & Quality Control Hand trim cannabis flower according to Gold Canna quality standards. Inspect flower for stems, leaves, seeds, mold, contaminants, or other quality concerns. Remove excess plant material while preserving flower structure and appearance. Ensure trimmed flower meets company grading and quality expectations before packaging. Report quality issues or product discrepancies to the Production Lead or Operations Manager. Shipping & Fulfillment Process and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently, following established SOPs. Work on one order at a time, completing each order before starting the next. Process orders in chronological order (oldest first). Pick, organize, and prepare products for shipment using inventory systems. Verify products, SKUs, and quantities to ensure order accuracy. Package and label orders according to company and compliance standards. Ensure all orders are properly sealed, labeled, and staged for shipping. Perform quality checks to confirm product accuracy, packaging integrity, and labeling. Handle and package various product types, including flower, vapes, concentrates, and edibles, with care and precision. Warehouse & Production Support Maintain organization of inventory, packaging materials, and workspaces. Follow established workflow procedures and separation of duties to ensure quality control. Communicate effectively with team members during production and order handoffs. Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment. Assist with inventory control by conducting cycle counts, organizing materials, and reporting inventory discrepancies. Assist with general warehouse, production, and fulfillment tasks as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented work while maintaining accuracy. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented. Ability to follow written SOPs and maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards. Previous cannabis trimming experience required. Preferred Qualifications Previous cannabis trimming, packaging, warehouse, or fulfillment experience. Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment. Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
