Job Description
Position Summary Position is responsible for receiving and distributing supplies in the plant. Position Details Help with receiving all supplies to the plant and putting supplies in proper location. Constantly inspect work to ensure highest quality. Notify supervisor of any quality problems, such as improper filling. Maintain a high production level at a consistent work pace. Help unload all trucks of cushions, backfill, and pillows. Make sure all supplies are in their proper place at the end of the day. Keep work area clean and orderly. Carry out any additional duties assigned by your supervisor. Work safely at all times and report any unsafe conditions or practices to your supervisor. Wear necessary personal protective equipment as required. Position Requirements High school diploma or GED required Must be able to make informed decisions independently and seek guidance/direction when necessary Previous receiving in a manufacturing or production setting is a plus Must be able to communicate with all levels of the company Must be able to prioritize duties Physical Requirements The physical demands and work environment expectations described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
