KP Staffing Hickory is now hiring a Logistics Materials Technician for a leading manufacturer that specializes in superabsorbent polymer products! Their technology is engineered for environmental, medical, energy, industrial, and consumer applications, ensuring optimized performance, cost savings, and regulatory compliance. Job Summary Orchestrating material movements for shipments from offsite warehousing. Daily check and balancing incoming and outgoing orders so that no shipment is missed for offsite warehouses. Sending/Receiving paperwork from offsite warehouses Selection of proper material as defined by packing slip and work order. Lifting and placing material in boxes according to all specifications. Properly seal and label all boxes for E-Commerce shipments. Weigh and calculate total weight of shipment. Stack packaged material on skids and prepare for shipment. Monitor material and shipment documentation to ensure accurate record keeping. Inspect material and ensure conformance to customer order. Withdraw and return materials to stock as needed. Conduct periodic cycle counts as directed. Shift 1st shift: Monday - Friday, 5 a.m. - 3 p.m. Pay $17.00 per hour Job Details Must be able to stand, stoop, reach, grasp, and sit or stand for extended periods, as well as safely lift up to a maximum of 50 lbs.
