Updated 08/27/2026 Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Lead to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory handling, and order fulfillment. This role begins with hands-on responsibilities and offers the opportunity to grow into a leadership position overseeing receiving operations, based on performance and demonstrated capability. This is a great fit for someone who takes ownership of their work, works with a sense of urgency, and is interested in growing within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy against documentation Organize, label, and stock materials in designated locations Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments to meet quality standards Maintain accurate inventory through routine counts and checks Capture and maintain basic unit documentation (including photos where applicable) Support daily workflow and coordinate with team members to maintain efficiency Assist in identifying process improvements and maintaining organized work areas Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Perform additional duties as assigne
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or similar experience preferred Ability to perform basic math and maintain accurate records Comfortable using basic computer systems (Excel or similar tools a plus) Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills What We're Looking For Dependable and consistent attendance Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic and sense of accountability Interest in long-term growth and development Growth Opportunity This role is designed to provide exposure to broader warehouse operations and may lead to increased responsibility, including supporting coordination of receiving activities and team workflow.
