Full Job Description Description:
Precast Terrazzo Enterprises is a 100% employee-owned company specializing in premier custom precast terrazzo. Because we craft each design individually, the Shop Employee role is critical to our success. We are looking for full-time shop employees who like being part of a team, take pride in their work quality, and enjoy the challenge of learning something new. We are looking to add a Full-Time, permanent shop employee for a Monday through Friday day shift 6 am to 3:30 pm. Overtime is available for those who are interested. This role is an opportunity to learn a specialized trade within the Terrazzo and flooring industry.
Requirements:
Job Responsibilities:
Being able to follow instructions for the various designs Building and creating molds Mixing the custom blends and pouring into the molds Sanding, cutting, and polishing the precast products Confirming quality control and design specifications Shipping and receiving materials and raw materials Filling customer orders What You Need to Get the
Job Done:
Team-oriented player attitude History of reliability Committed to high safety standards Ability to measure and understand basic calculations Ability to lift heavy items Ability to tell the difference between various colors Warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience is a plus but is not required
