Small Package Coordinator

BAC Fireside Group in Raleigh NC is a rapidly growing family business that is looking to hire 1 full time warehouse associate. We are looking for a dependable, positive minded person to join our team. Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Small Package Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the efficient processing, tracking, and management of small package shipments. Duties Manage daily operations related to small package shipping and receiving, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery. Support inventory management efforts by monitoring stock levels & conducting cycle counts in addition to your daily shipping duties. Small package shipper is responsible for assembling customer orders using an RF Scanner, checking orders are correct, re-packaging and applying proper labels via computer to ship UPS or Fed Ex. Use of a computer, RF Scanner and the ability to lift 50 pounds in a hot or cold climate is required. We are willing to train the right candidate in the following: Inventory locating, stocking, and shipping in an RF controlled warehouse Assemble customer orders accurately and on time RF Scanner operation for picking orders Basic Computer and scanner use regarding parcel systems.

About BAC:

Monday to Friday Work Week. Daytime hours Paid Vacation, Holidays, and Sick Time after 90 days Benefits and Retirement Plan after 90 days Fair Starting Wage $16.00- $18.00 depending on experience with yearly increases.
