Stanley, NC Temporary-to-hire opportunity with career growth and stability Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision, and medical insurance, as well as 401(k), direct deposit, and our referral bonus program We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Administrator to support the administrative operations of our shipping department. This role is responsible for processing warehouse pick lists, preparing shipping documentation, closing out parts invoices, and maintaining accurate records using FedEx Café, XPO Bill of Lading, and the company's ERP system. Strong administrative and computer skills are essential, while previous shipping or logistics experience is a plus. The right candidate will receive training on company-specific systems and processes.

Responsibilities:

Process warehouse pick lists and prepare shipping documentation. Create shipping labels and Bills of Lading using FedEx Café, XPO, and the company's ERP system. Process and close out parts invoices accurately. Maintain organized shipping records and ensure documentation is completed correctly. Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Previous administrative, office, or clerical experience required. Strong computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software. Must have experience with ERP systems Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Must have Shipping, logistics, manufacturing, or customer service experience
