Job Summary This position plays an important role in ensuring customer orders are accurately processed, packed, and shipped on time while also providing support to our customers when needed. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable handling multiple priorities throughout the day. Shipping volume can fluctuate significantly, particularly at the beginning of the week, so the ability to remain focused and productive under pressure is essential. Responsibilities Process, pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Ensure orders are accurately prepared and shipped according to established deadlines. Assist with customer support inquiries and provide professional, helpful service. Meet time-sensitive shipping deadlines and adjust priorities as shipping volume changes. Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily shipping goals and quotas.
