What You'll Do:
Provide exceptional customer service to retail customers Educate customers about our products and services Assist with packing & processing shipments Operate copiers, fax machines, binding & laminating equipment Help customers with Notary Public services (training provided) Support day-to-day store operations and work as part of a team If you're friendly, reliable, and ready to grow your skills, we'd love to meet you! Qualifications:
Friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor Positive energy and attitude Great listening and communication skills Excellent multi-tasking skills Strong computer and internet skills Previous customer service/retail sales experience Familiarity with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite Proficient in Basic Math Skills High school diploma or GED Willing and qualified to become a Notary Public in the State of North Dakota Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs unassisted
