STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

Ensure donations are properly received and sorted. GENERAL Greet and assist donor with donations and tax receipt if needed. Sort donations and deliver to proper department in store. Responsible for keeping dock safe and clean at all times. Ensure recycling of cardboard and paper. Load and unload furniture.

One year's relevant experience Displays a positive attitude, works well with others, and accepts direction well. Excellent organization and communication (verbal and written) skills. Able to work well in stressful and taxing circumstance. Ability to encourage and guide. Valid driver's license and car insurance. Ability to lift and carry thirty-five pounds on a daily basis. Must be willing to complete background checks. Ability to read, write and speak English. Seeds of Hope is an important revenue source for the Abused Adult Resource Center.
