Job Description

REQUIRED EDUCATION
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience.
  • Experience maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Experience verifying incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working with computers, inventory systems, scanners, or warehouse software.
  • Ability to identify warehouse equipment or operational issues and escalate them appropriately.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to consistently report for a 6:00 AM start.
SUMMARY

Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory & Shipping/Receiving Clerk to support daily warehouse operations in Kearney. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate inventory, coordinating incoming and outgoing materials, and ensuring products and supplies move efficiently through the warehouse.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or distribution experience and be comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate storage and distribution activities to support efficient warehouse operations.
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments and ensure materials are properly documented and stored.
  • Prepare and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory remains current.
  • Organize and handle products, parts, supplies, and other warehouse materials.
  • Monitor warehouse storage areas and help ensure efficient use of available space.
  • Inspect the physical condition of warehouse areas and equipment and report maintenance or repair needs.
  • Prepare work orders or repair requests when warehouse equipment requires service.
  • Assist with equipment replacement requests when necessary.
  • Follow established warehouse procedures, safety practices, and operational standards.
  • Use computer, inventory, scanning, or warehouse-management systems to document material movement and inventory activity.
  • Drug screen & criminal background check will be required
