Frontier Harley-Davidson is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our team! We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to keep things moving in a fast-paced dealership environment. This is a hands-on position that plays an important role in making sure parts, merchandise, accessories, and other products get where they need to go — accurately and on time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments Verify shipments against purchase orders and packing slips Organize and properly store incoming inventory Prepare and package outgoing shipments Coordinate shipping and receiving with vendors and carriers Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records Help keep the shipping/receiving area clean, organized, and efficient Communicate with Parts, Service, MotorClothes, and other dealership departments Assist with inventory organization and movement throughout the dealership Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments Follow dealership safety and operational procedures Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate is: Organized and detail-oriented Reliable and punctual Comfortable working on their feet and performing physical tasks Able to lift and move boxes and merchandise safely Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment A strong communicator and team player Able to prioritize multiple tasks Experienced with shipping, receiving, warehouse, inventory, or parts operations preferred, but not required Comfortable using computers and basic inventory/shipping systems
