Location:
Hudson, New Hampshire CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Shipping Clerks for 1st Shift in the Hudson, NH area.
Key skills include:
Shipping, receiving, and materials coordination Careful handling and packaging of fragile, high-value parts Inventory control and consumables management ERP transactions and basic computer proficiency Carrier software, customer portals, and shipment tracking Attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and recordkeeping Basic quality support, inspection awareness, and nonconforming material control Organization, time management, and ability to prioritize changing work demands Clear communication with internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and customers Safety, 5S, and continuous improvement mindset Experience in manufacturing, shipping, receiving, logistics, materials, inventory control, or quality support. Experience using an ERP system, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar software. Experience with carrier systems such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or similar platforms. Exposure to international shipping, export documentation, AES/ACE filing, or customer shipping portals. Basic understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100, Lean, 5S, or quality management systems.
Responsibilities:
Prepare, package, label, and ship customer orders using approved procedures and customer-specific requirements. Receive incoming materials, verify packing lists, and complete system transactions. Carefully handle and box precision ceramic parts to protect them from damage, contamination, or mix-ups. Maintain inventory of shipping supplies, packaging materials, labels, bags, boxes, and common consumables. Place or request orders for routine supplies and support outside service provider coordination. Create and maintain shipping, receiving, tracking, and documentation records. Support international shipments, carrier software, customer portals, and export documentation as trained. Assist Quality with basic documentation support, batch record review, CoC/COA preparation, inspection logs, and nonconforming material segregation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S practices.
Desired Background/Skills:
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or additional technical/business education preferred. Prior related experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or quality support is preferred. Must be able to work safely, follow PPE requirements, and comply with site EHS expectations. Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and perform a mix of standing, walking, sitting, computer work, and hands-on material handling. Due to export-control requirements, the successful candidate must meet applicable U.S. Person requirements where required for controlled technology, materials, or information.
