We have been in business for 37 years and are specialists in building long-life Computer Hardware for the Medical, Industrial, Government, Oil and Gas, and Defense industries. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized /Stockroom/Shipper/Receiver to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting overall warehouse operations. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders or packing lists, and document receipt accurately. Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting appropriate packaging materials, labeling packages correctly, and coordinating with carriers for pickup or delivery. Perform data entry tasks related to shipping and receiving transactions, ensuring all records are complete and accurate. Inspect shipments for damages or discrepancies and report issues promptly. Assigning and manually bar coding all incoming product Skills Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills. Ability to accurately verify shipment contents against documentation. Good organizational skills to manage multiple shipments efficiently. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management or shipping software is preferred. Effective communication skills for coordinating with carriers, suppliers, and team members. Physical ability to lift packages and perform manual handling tasks as needed. Reliability and punctuality in completing assigned duties You must also be hard working with an impeccable work ethic.
