Job Description
Stockroom Receiver - Contract To Hire A growing electronic manufacturing operation in Nashua, NH is seeking two dependable, detail-driven Stockroom Receivers to keep components flowing accurately from receipt to the production floor. In this hands-on role, you'll receive and inspect incoming materials, manage consignment stock and kitting, and handle RMA returns with precision. Pay Rate of the
Stockroom Receiver:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour. Schedule of theStockroom Receiver:
Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with 7:00 AM or 7:30 AM start times available. Responsibilities of theStockroom Receiver:
Accurately receive and inspect all components and supplies into the inventory system in a timely manner. Receive all components and kits from vendors and customers against purchase orders, and provide receipts to the accounting department. Monitor consignment material and kits supplied by customers, and return customer excess as required. Manage incoming vendor-owned material by creating a kitting box to store on the consignment shelf until it's ready to be kitted. Ensure all Kanban products are labeled and put away in their designated stockroom locations. Handle Material Rejection forms on rejected material and transfer components to Failed-IN. Receive RMA numbers from customers and vendors, then prepare documents and parts for return. Use the daily shortage report to prioritize part receiving and distribution to the production floor; for SMT, fill shorts in the stockroom and bring completed kits to the SMT department. Perform additional tasks outlined by management to help the company grow and continuously improve. Qualifications of theStockroom Receiver:
Experience with an MRP system (required). Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in receiving and inspection.
