Job Summary The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, handling inventory, and preparing shipments for delivery. This role plays a vital part in ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Verify order details and product quantities to ensure accuracy. Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory. Replenish stock in designated picking locations as needed. Label packages and complete shipping documentation. Inspect products for quality and report damaged or missing items. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts. Keep warehouse work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality guidelines. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Assist with additional warehouse and fulfillment tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, retail, or inventory management is a plus but not required. Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
